It varies widely. I paid about 2.50 lira for imported cigarettes. Some of the tourist shops were charging far more! You have to shop around a bit. This was acouple of years ago so the price might have risen a bit since. It is cheaper if you buy them in the smaller villages and away from tourist centres.
Give your answer to this question below!

parliament/camel/kent/marlboro/salem = 5.5 tl
chesterfield/winston/tekel 2000 = 4//4.3/4.1 tl
LM/monte carlo= 3.6/3.5tl
list goes on .. 1 usd = 1,5 tl
cigarette is getting more and more expensive nearly in every 3-4 months. it was very cheap five years ago. it is expected that in two years cheapest cigeratte will be 8 tl ~5 usd. by the way, these are box prices, longer ones are a little more expensive.
Im not sure how much but be aware that turkish airports are military ones and unless they are the real thing they see it as illegal. When i was there in june this year a guy innocently bought the cheaper version say of l&b, they were missing a gold strip. He was arrested at the airport and missed his flight home and spent 2 nights in prison!
Please speak to your rep before buying as the fake ones are cheaper but a flight home is very dear!
