The symptoms you are presenting with.. swollen legs, skin tight.. sound like DVT or Deep Vein Thrombosis. Could be a large clot in your leg.. or legs.
Go to your doctor/hospital so they can do an ultrasound and possibly start a heparin drip or other form of treatment.
On long flights people sometimes develop DVTs.. and they can be life threatening if they break loose. If the clot breaks loose it can hit the lungs and cause a pulmonary embolus or even stroke (brain attack) depending on where the clot is located and its path around the body.
So seriously.. dont wait.. get medical attention immediatly.

Your leg needs to be seen as soon as possible. The swelling could be due to vein occlusion, possibly due to a clot. Walk as little as possible and go to emerg. They can order a doppler ultrasound of your leg and check the vessels. They could also test for a couple of other potential causes of the swelling.
Don’t wait, go now.
Swelling can be an indicator of blood clots, especially from long flights.
Drink lots of water to try to flush it out. Unsweetened cranberry concentrate added to water will help flush out your system and reduce bloat.
Although when I had that going on I had to have a Venus Doppler test, it is just a sonogram type test on you arteries in your groin and ankle.
Pain free and simple.
Good Luck
